All other phones: scan the QR code
Point the camera at the QR code on the back of the card. Works on every smartphone with a camera, including older iPhones and phones without NFC.
Tips for a good tap
- Unlock the phone screen first. Most phones only read NFC when unlocked.
- iPhone: hold the card near the top edge on the back of the phone. Android: the reader is usually in the middle of the back.
- Thick metal or magnetic phone cases can block NFC. Remove the case, or use the QR code.
- Android: if nothing happens, open Settings and search for "NFC" to switch it on.
